Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at Info@Peachmehappy.com with photo images of the damaged or defective item before returning it. We will issue a free return label after receiving the photo evidence. Ensure you contact us before shipping the item back to receive the return label.
My Package Was Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you via email. Depending on the condition of the product, we offer the following options:
1. Reship to Correct Address: Provide us with a correct shipping address via email, and we will reship your package on our next shipping day.
2. Second Return: If the item is returned to our warehouse a second time, complimentary reshipment will not be offered, and a refund will not be issued.
3. Third Attempt: If you wish to attempt delivery a third time, you can purchase additional shipping. Please communicate this via email.
Package Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for their transit. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Click the link below to start the claims process.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will wait for the package to be returned to us. You will be contacted via email upon its return.
